Shipping & Returns Policy

Knotted Customers,

Due to COVID-19, all couriers are experiencing delays affecting delivery times for customers worldwide. We are monitoring this situation closely to ensure that customers are receiving their products as quickly as possible during this pandemic.

Returns and Exchanges

Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  If you received the incorrect item/s, please contact us immediately to make things right.

You must notify us via email (theknottedwrap@gmail.com) within 5 calendar days from when the package was delivered. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly.

Once we've received the returned item, we will ship out the correct, if available. If  not available, we will refund the full purchase price of returned item or you may select a replacement item of equal or lesser value.

Shipping and Receiving

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

  • Please allow at least 5-7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
  • We offer the option of First Class, Priority and Express Mail shipping.
  • We ship packages every day except on weekends or holidays. 
  • USPS First Class Shipping: 2-5 business days depending on where you live (US only)
  • USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 2-3 business days depending on where you live (US only)

Important things:

  • Please double check the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 
  • If you would like insurance included in your shipment please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail.  (USPS automatically covers up to $50 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Please visit the USPS website for more information.)
  • Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.

By making a purchase with us, you agree that The Knotted Wrap LLC will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or delayed packages that may happen during shipment.
